Bug: OneUptime Self-Hosted Setup Not Reporting in Real-Time #1458

Description:

Problem: The OneUptime self-hosted setup does not report incidents in real-time if the website goes down. I have set the interval time to 1 minute, but the platform still reports the website down after 5 to 6 minutes. This delay in reporting affects the timely notification and response to incidents.

Expected Behavior: OneUptime should provide real-time alerts for website downtime, with checks and notifications set at an interval of one minute.

Steps to Reproduce:

Set up OneUptime in a self-hosted environment. Monitor a website using OneUptime. Set the interval time to 1 minute. Observe the reporting delay when the monitored website goes down. Proposed Solution: Implement a feature to set real-time alerts with a minimum interval time of one minute to ensure timely reporting and notifications.

OneUptime monitors in realtime.

Can you please check Probe Status on the Admin Dashboard? You can also goto monitor page and check when was it last monitored?
