[Feature Request] Translations #372

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The whole system is only in English right now

Describe the solution you'd like As the project is youg, it would be a good time to implement support for translations for the admin portal but also the status pages and notifications. Admins could select one or more language to display their status pages. In the case of multi-language selection, one text box for each lang will be displayed and translations will be possible from there (or translation API ?).

The language a status page is displayed for a subscriber would also be matched in notifications on registration.

@choolaboo low priority for us atm, but please feel free to contribute it and integrate i18n.
