Let's have 3 simple activities with graphics provided by KrabMedia #2

For this milestone we'll have

SplashScreenActivity : Simple page that will bring us to the next page after a loading time
LandingActivity : Simple page with 2 buttons : Register and Sign In. These buttons will bring use to the next activity
MainMenuActivity : actually this will be the navigation page that will bring us to different features..

Notice: These activities will evolve while we'll upgrade our projects to use MVVMCross
