Thus we can separate UI and application logic. This also will be helpfull in further need to support more plateform.

We're starting the app using SplashScreen (Mvx)
Then the LandingViewModel shows up using Landing View: here we'll add some authentication checks
Then we move to the MainViewModel. (Notice: the user name is binding in the menu list from the view model)

What's missing ? Let's handle the user (main) navigation, from the MainViewModel..
