Reduced size by 99% with AVIF format, which is supported by modern browsers (https://caniuse.com/avif). Making the README more responsive. It is quite noticeable with slower internet speeds. The images are stored in docs/images/ now, because before it was hosted outside the repo. Throttling to "Regular 4G" on Firefox indicates a loading time of 32,82 second before and after 13,41 seconds, which improves by 59%.
