Adding Tooltip to each socket connector #1183

What Changed:

I wrapped Tooltip component around input and output sockets

How to test:

  1. Create a spell
  2. Hover on any socket of a node in that spell

it looks like there's another tooltip that pops up for a second when you hover over triggers.

Do you know why that happens?

@benbot when you hover on it, there is another tooltip that shows the type that a control node has like trigger, string, etc

@benbot added 5 sec delay and removing the default tooltip on socket
