bumped up to newer magick behave for bug patches
handle numInputs from config (used by many core nodes)
create an emitter for a plugin in basePlugin to avoid passing in a required thing every time.
Tried to make the plugin event emitter more type safe as well.

How can the reviewer test your changes and validate that they work as described?
