Describe the bug App gets stuck when trying to reconnect to an offline board from the board list page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to a board
2. Turn off the board
3. Click on cancel on the "Reconnecting" popup
4. Disconnect from the board (by selecting the "Connect another Onewheel" option)
5. You should be returned to the board list page with the now-offline board still listed (which is a bug itself)
6. Click on that board to try and get the app to connect to it
7. You will end up with a "Connecting" popup that never succeeds. Clicking on Cancel does nothing (debug logs show "Connecting alert: cancel clicked"). So the app is pretty much stuck until you force quit it.

Expected behavior Firstly, after disconnecting, the board list page should be cleared and re-scanned for boards. Secondly, the "Connecting" popup should not cause the app to get stuck.
