Update the year in the copyright notice #36

The copyright year is outdated in the Onion browser website footer.

The current copyright notice is the following:

"Copyright © 2012-2023 Tigas Ventures, LLC. All rights reserved."

Instead, something similar to the following should be written:

Copyright © 2012-2024 Tigas Ventures, LLC. All rights reserved.
