[Python] Correcting folder when on Omega2+ #15

Added note to use "/sys/class/leds/omega2p" instead of "/sys/class/leds/onion" when using Omega2+ hardware.

I don't know if we can change the documentation itself. So I've just added a comment to let new users know that Omega2+ has a different directory for the LED. I spent half an hour on this one.

I've gone in and fixed every place where the LED path is used, thanks for the heads up!
