I don't support the inclusion of this in the docs as it is a slippery slope of what python/pip documentation you include in the Onion Omega2 docs. This is well documented in exiting pip documentation,

I actually think this is helpful since it's specific to the Omega's constrained storage space. Merging it in. Thanks for the PR!
