one-wire article updated along with diagram

Hi @greenbreakfast and @amsiotdeveloper,

I have updated this chapter based on the mentioned changes in issue #36.

[x] In the "Enable One-Wire Device Support" section, please add a step before Step 1 to execute opkg update.
[x] In the "Find Connected One-Wire Devices" section, Step 4, please add a space in the command after cat.
[x] Along with the above changes, the diagram has been updated and the Expansion GPIO2 has been renamed.
[x] Added an editable .xml file.
[x] Replaced the mentioned GPIO19 with GPIO2.

Please have a quick review, and let me know if there are any additional changes needed.

@iammuze this looks great! Just two requests:

can you please change the diagram to have a 4.7 kΩ resistor instead of the current 5.1 kΩ, so the image matches the warnings underneath it?
Please remove the tip saying "Building these connections is relatively easy if you have an Expansion, Power, or Arduino Dock since they all expose the Omega’s GPIOs."
