Legend to indicate distance <> colour mapping #27

Add a legend illustrating point cloud/depth map colour <> distance relationship

User Story

  1. User starts TauLidarServer and navigates to web-based point-cloud viewer
  2. Observe point-cloud rendering and 2D depth map (with colour used to denote depth)
  3. Observe a legend illustrating the relationship of point-cloud/depth map color to numerical distance measurement
