User can reset point cloud rendering orientation in Web Viewer #3

User Story

  1. User starts TauLidarServer and navigates to web-based point-cloud viewer
  2. Observe point-cloud rendering on screen
  3. User re-orients the point-cloud rendering with the mouse
  4. User clicks "Reset View" button
  5. Observe point-cloud rendering returns to the default x-y-z orientation (as in step 2)

Background

Will be useful for users to be able to easily get back to the default orientation without having to restart the web viewer
