add new cores to PacMan

EDIT :

I'm going to make my future choices on the cores like that : 
if the new core has at least as good performance / compatibility (or something that is cool) then it will have his place in Package Manager as expert core.
If not then it will be only available from GLO core selector

This choice is done because you'll play all your games with a core which is not as good as the default one, but you could choose an alternative emulator for a game which have compatibility problems for example which means that GLO core selector is more adapted in this case then a new emulator in the Expert section.

Which means for example : 
I will not create a new expert core for Beetle PCE (as it is slower than Beetle PCE Fast) , or Frodo (as we already have Vice x64 which have a better compatibility). 
But I will create an expert for Duckstation (which is a nice alternative for PSX which new options) and for Caprice32 (which is probably better than our default CrocoDS). 

I will finally create systematically the core in Expert section
