Improve FS check #1503

FSCK is currently used check the filesystem integrity before applying an update of Onion via OTA. This process consumes too much memory especially if there are a lot of errors.

2 objectives :

try to compile a version FSCK which use less memory (check this PR)
Offer a new tool to launch FSCK from Tweaks app.
