Add custom romscript MoveTo.sh to move roms into subfolders #1523

This script allows moving roms to subfolders within a system to help managing roms. Requires creating those folders first manually e.g. Favoruites, RPGs, Fighting, Relaxing etc Then from GLO, Select Move To ... This will show a list of all folders within including the top folder in that system. Choosing any of those folders will move the rom there. Requires a refresh ofcourse to see the changes

I have only been testing this for GBA roms so not sure if there are any caveats for other systems.

This is an excellent script to add to our wiki or release somewhere else. I don't want to add it as a default option, since we already have this functionality through File Explorer, and we're trying to keep the amount of options down.

Thanks for responding to PR. Agree with you on keeping the options down. I'll try submitting a PR for the wiki. It's been useful for myself anyway. Using this, now I also want to rename games and create new folders from GLO. Can you please point me on how do I launch the keyboard from GLO?
