File title name disappear on MacVim #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file in MacVim
2. Enter :ConqueTermSplit bash -l 
3. Look at MacVim's title bar

What is the expected output?
In the MacVim's title bar, I should see filename (/path/to/dir) 

What do you see instead?
Instead, I see /path/to/dir
And the title bar won't change even if I switch to other buffers in other dir.
Closing ConqueTerm split doesn't help

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest conqueterm 2.3 on Mac OS
