refinement of the progressbar when running the tool #54

when processing a bigger file, the tool will end with saying that the results are ready and the progressbar is 100%, but the tool is still 'running' for several minutes. This has to be adjusted that 100% means that the tool is ready

removed the last stap of the feedback-progressbar, so it it is still 83 % when running, and ends-closes when completed
