Handle sources #17

Skosprovider 0.6.0 adds sources. Currently a source is an object with a single attribute "citation". We render this to RDF as a dct:source attribute that is an anonymous RDF object of type dct:BibliographicResource that has a single attribute, dct:bibliographicCitation.
