Create new directory for theory of embedded systems / software.

Some ideas for starting points:

Updated list of theory items for peripherals and preliminary topics:

  1. Timers (Scheduler)
  2. GPIO
  3. ADC
  4. UART
  5. SPI
  6. CAN
  • Future: DMA
