Matches are cached during session even if pattern files are reuploaded #10

Pattern matches caching does not take into account uploads of new pattern files. If the ontology file is reuploaded with new pattern files, it still remembers the results from the previous run, because the ontology file has not changed.

When ontology is reuploaded, either the pattern matches, or everything needs to be evicted from the cache.
