replace GFO namespace "http://www.onto-med.de/ontologies/gfo.owl#" with "http://purl.org/ontology/gfo/"
replace GFO-basic namespace "http://www.onto-med.de/ontologies/gfo-basic.owl#" with "http://purl.org/ontology/gfo-basic/"
add example docker-compose.yml file for setting up Rickview with GFO; there is an instance available at https://top.imise.uni-leipzig.de/ontology/gfo/
