Update IRI and use PURL #30

Changes

new namespaces (see below)
set up a module architecture (gfo.owl imports all sub modules, currently the content of gfo.owl has been moved to modules/gfo-base.owl)
README.md updated to reflect above changes
new section "How to Use" in README.md
