reverted some changes made in nlp_additions #131

we made some changes in respect to "Category" and "SingleConcept" & "CompositeConcept". But these changes didn't prove to be very well thought out. So these changes were reverted and a new branch (#130 ) created to make better changes.

We agreed on completely separating categories from concepts.
