Testing with Neo4j Harness #190

When running a single test method all is well, but when all test are run (even just the tests under nlp) the connection to the neo4j db is not accessible and the tests fail.

I believe this has been fixed with 778db6ed7817179a5a9945472c403f47d39f1fa0.
