Link the ontologies' subjects with WikiData entries #179

It would be interesting to link the ontologies' subjects (i.e., the list of domains covered in the ontology) with the corresponding WikiData entries. This would allow many tools related to WikiData to analyze the catalog's info.

By doing what is proposed in this issue, we are going to have a similar situation to the one described in issue https://github.com/unibz-core/ontouml-models/issues/213.

So we need to decide if we're going to keep only machine-readable format, only human-readable, or both formats.
