Possible merge of datasets: pereira2020ontotrans x pereira2015doacao-orgaos] #193

The datasets pereira2020ontotrans and pereira2015doacao-orgaos have the same authors and models the same domain.

Probably the former is an evolution of the latter ontology. This needs to be evaluated.

Incorrectly opened. They are indeed different ontologies for different domains.
