Updates for rodrigues2017urinary-profiles #212

There are some interesting details:

  1. If you compare diagrams from the original paper in 2015 and from the "extended" version in 2017, precisely "Nephritic profile", there is one missing "is-a" between "Nephritic-Defining Albumin" and "Albumin". I guess it was just lost, so I kept it as in the original paper (since they were supposed to change the layout only).
  2. There is "Added" keyword in "Immune Response Event". I have no idea of what it is.
  3. I didn't recreated *.ttl files.
