Wrong character encoding causing accented characters to go missing #153

I have a class called "InformeÓbito" but the outputed ontology shows just "Informebito". I tried exporting the JSON file and I noticed that it came out in the Windows-1251 encoding instead of UTF-8 like any normal person would expect.

Thankfully I think that this is an issue I think I can solve myself.
