Change title attribute on term pages to be the preferred label when displaying a term #164

Minimally, makes bookmarking easier. Right now all page titles are "ontobee" and if you bookmark you need to change the text to distinguish it from other terms.

Search page titles can also be more informative, e.g. "Ontobee search: data transformation"
