Hi Liliana,
I see. Will check into it ...
My quick check found that TO owl file (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/to.owl) is not a merged version. I think Ontobee usually can handle this situation. However, it would be better to make it a merged version.
Thanks, Oliver

@LilyAndres If you want to browse the latest versions of our ontologies, you can do so at https://dev.planteome.org/amigo Downloads are available in GitHub or at OboFoundry
@yongqunh I am not familiar with what you mean by "merged version". Do you have a link to any information about that? This version resolves fine on our Amigo browser and at other sites, such as EBI-OLS and Bioportal. Thanks!
OK. It appears working now: https://ontobee.org/ontology/TO
The meaning of merged version: As seen here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Planteome/plant-trait-ontology/master/to.owl you have many imported files: @.***
It appears that the contents of these imports are not merged physically into the TO.owl file. It would be better to form a merged version.
Best, Oliver

This relates to the issues #185 , #202 and #203 . None of the TO purls resolve correctly, I always get redirected to the "Term Not Found" page. When I navigate to TO through your home page it does show me the classes but when I click them I get redirected to the "Term Not Found" page.
