It shouldn't be the case that deprecating a term causes an error. The deprecated terms should still be in the ontology marked as obsolete
The feature requests are now on the github project issues page
I don't think that Oliver's personal email address should be given. The issue tracker is sufficient and we don't want to be getting reports to different places. I'm not sure it's a good idea to suggest posting to the group. If there's an issue we want it in the tracker. The discussion list can be mentioned as a place to find further information about ontobee.
