Feature request: Ontology namespace completion in ontology menus #81

For example, on http://www.ontobee.org/search?ontology=DOID&keywords=water&submit=Search+terms there is a pop-down to select from the list. However completion is only on the full label, most of which start with "Ontology", so you have to type a lot before you get to the item you are looking for. If the current default type pop-up is used, so there can only be one completion, then I suggest completion be on the namespace, i.e. "OBI". However another option is to use a different kind of completion, such as the one you use for search terms.

What makes selection harder is that the ontology list is only mostly sorted. See the out-of-order names in the attached image. Ontology names not in order]

Another idea would be to use the space to the right of the menu to list recently browsed ontologies, so it is easy to flip back and forth.
