Create a BioPortal widget that uses the OntoloBridge API to allow users request terms. This should ideally can be used by any ontology, but we will start with our collaborators' ontologies such as CLO, DOID, etc.

I think this is done @mdorf . @sschurer , @whinis now that we have the new BAO release, should we turn this on on BioPortal?
