Faun - Define Friends and Foes for Horn Powers

Components:

• Condition in the horn powers looking for whether the entity is a friend or foe
• active power to define an entity as a friend or foe
  • The latest version of origins comes with a set of "Set" powers that allow the player with the power to define entities as part of a set (friends, or foes, perhaps?) and https://origins.readthedocs.io/en/latest/types/entity_action_types/action_on_set/ can affect all of those entities… neat!
  • On our current verison, I would do an Active Self > Raycast > Grant Power/Grant Advancement/Execute Command add Tag to define friends or foes.
