Honestly, dragons just constantly getting hungry might be a sensible debuff. Appropriate, too.

Add a food penalty to flapping, roughly equal to like 100% the food cost of jumping?

Pushed the fall-flying hunger drain to 1 per second. Will see if that's noticeable. If so, I expect it to be too much
