Boss ER: Add Igos du Ikana to the boss pool #275

There's only one boss that could realistically be added to the pool, just wanted to make this an issue to track.

[ ] Add Igos du Ikana to the pool of bosses. You would need to make it so you spawn in from the door that locks behind Link to prevent being able to leave. Not sure what other considerations need to happen to make this work but likely the same as the other MM bosses where time needs to be frozen. Soaring is already disabled in this boss room. Dying should end up functioning the same as the other MM bosses given the spawn gets set at the most recent "entry" into MM.

Which entrance would we use for that? The door leading to the Igos' chamber, or the transition behind the sun block so people have a chance to go back without save resetting?

So I think @Nax said he wanted to make it the boss room itself? I don't care either way but given the actual loading zone is the room with the pots in it it should proooobably be that one? I dunno.

The thing also to mention is that Igos lacks a blue warp, so, I think Nax had additional plans for him with that?
