Starting swords/shields get equipped automatically #1347

While it's not a bug per se, it can be quite inconvenient when these get equipped automatically, especially since some useful glitches require having a blank B button.

Also, when you go back child from an adult start, your initial equips will only be items you started the seed with, where going adult the first time will equip from items you had at that moment. Obviously this equip going adult has been heavily altered, but some amount of initial equips is vanilla behaviour.

This seems like the sort of thing that should be on by default but able to be turned off for people playing glitched. Could the glitch-useful cutscenes setting be generalized to include this maybe?

Glitchless cases where this could be useful:

Faster swimming by mashing B without accidentally pulling your sword when you exit the water.
Mashing B to get thru the text boxes faster after getting the Gerudo Valley Crate Piece of Heart with a Cucco.
Not burning your shield because you can't unequip your Deku Shield and you don't have a Hylian Shield.
