Inhibit drawing of the player ship #19

Lots of OXP ships require 'tweaking' of the camera position in plist files because the hull takes up too much screen space.

I would like a key to inhibit the player ship being drawn similar to the HUD disable 'o' while paused.

Actually I've already coded it. It works exactly the same way as the HUD disable.

I have a diff patch against 1.77 that i can submit for someone to look at. the patch file is 127 lines total.
