Add a notification center (or whatever the name could be)

This would constantly show the current action required from the user :

• waiting matches
• not set information, like the seat number (todo) and the team name

All scorable matches I'd say. For tournaments with teams, maybe only the team leader could have this notification (only the leader can score)
