[Task] CPAF - Create Views for Windows

Windows should be stored as views separate, but referenced from the main app.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should have a View class to manage window views
• Should have a view/MainWindow.ts containing the main applications view
• Refactor the existing main.ts source to make this happen.
