Port Tajara sprites from CitRP #63

We need to revert the upstream Taj bodytype and sprite changes, giving them the humanoid bodyflag and porting the sprites and markings from CitRP.

[x] Tajaran body sprites ported from CitRP
[x] Tajaran bodytypes split into masculine/feminine
[x] Tajaran bodytypes switched to humanoid bodyflag
[x] Tajaran hairs ported from CitRP
[x] Tajaran hairs edited to remove ears
[ ] Tajaran facial hair ported from CitRP
[ ] Tajaran markings ported from CitRP
