After our meeting on 30/01/2024, we decided to have an ImageJ pipeline to run the analysis for data collected in the movement tests.
The idea is that with this pipeline users will be able to run analysis on the go as the experiments are being performed. It would be nice to write down on this issue what are the analysis steps, so that when we also create a Python analysis pipenline, we can easily know what needs to be implemented.
