create a testing protocol for x-y-z movement tests

Given we will be stress testing the delta stages, we want to have a protocol in place so that we, and later others, can perform stability tests on their designs. This will help in the context of calibrating the system, but as well when new designs are needed (similar to #2 ).

Right now a rough idea for a testing protocol is:

• physically centre delta stage
• move stage in small steps in X dimension (0->100->200 -> 400 microns) and repeat measurements 3 times, with 5 min in each position (images at beginning of the period, and at the end)
• repeat the above for Y dimension
• move XY (45 degree rotation in relation to X) repeating X protocol
• do the same in the opposite direction for all dimensions above.

I believe steps should include steps under 100 microns, ideally something like 10 - 20 - 50 - 90 etc (so we have 5 different intervals + more images in a small range which will be easier to align and test.

Need a different sample with more layers for the Z displacement.
