[DDOP]: Fixed a truncation in DDOP deserializer #327

Fixed an issue where a device element object's element number would be incorrectly truncated, which could corrupt a DDOP on deserialization if any element number was greater than 255.
Fixed two broken log statements in the DDOP class.
