Fixed some discrepancies between the basic tutorials and our latest API.
Removed calls to exit from the tutorials, opting instead for our normal "while running" loops.
Removed one annoying semicolon.

Fixes #442

I compiled each of the tutorials' final states, and they compiled properly now. None of the changes were really "functional" changes.
