Star formation textbook #1

This is a book providing a graduate (or perhaps advanced undergraduate) textbook on star formation. The current version of the notes is available at Mark Krumholz's Ay220B course web page.

Hi Mike,

Yes, I did, thanks. I need to do some reformatting to put things into a book-like format, so I’ll be adding things slowly over the next little while.
