Typos and tweaks Ch. 1 to 4 #2

Hi @markkrumholz -- My Star Formation grad class is going to be using your notes for this semester. Thanks for the great resource. I made some small typo fixes in the notes that I came across. I don't know if this is a useful channel for you, but I wanted to pass them along as appropriate. Let me know if you'd like a better change log than the git diff.

Thanks for the book edits! I’m very happy to receive them, particularly because I’m in the process of doing final proofreading on a paper version of the book that is going to be published shortly. Please keep them coming.

Note that, even after the book is published, the github version will continue to be online and free. The paper edition is an alternative for those who would prefer to have a physical book with nice formatting, editing, etc.
