I guess it's not clear yet the difference between OpenCerts and OpenAttestation => let's focus on making this an OpenAttestation tool

[x] change wording from OpenCerts to OpenAttestation
[x] to transfer this to OpenAttestation repo
[x] to rename to privacy-filter
